Individual Session - What does it involve ?

I provide a dedicated space of presence, attentive listening, and care, where you can slow down, settle, and reconnect with yourself.

Through body-oriented therapy and Jagaana breathwork®, we work together to calm the mind, regulate your nervous system, and strengthen your trust and awareness in your body.

Based on your needs and what emerges during the session, I may introduce specific tools or exercises designed to support your personal journey, particularly as part of regular sessions.

🕊️ Session duration: 1h30′ – 1h45′

Step 1 - Verbal Exchange

Each session—whether occasional or part of regular follow-up —begins with a 30-minute conversation.

This is the time for you to express what is present for you: your feelings, current challenges, questions, or themes you wish to explore.

The insights shared here become the foundation for the somatic work that follows.

Being listened to with attention and without judgment fosters a sense of lightness, clarity, and safety—essential conditions before engaging in bodywork.

Step 2. Jagaana Breathwork®

The second part continues with boydwork, using Jagaana breathwork® as the main healing modality.

It is a conscious & connected type of breathwork practice, inspired by Rebirthing breathwork and which works deeply in the deeper layers of our body and nervous system.

For about 30 minutes, you are guided into a connected breathing rhythm through the mouth, with no pause between inhalation and exhalation.

This sustained and rhythmic breathing induces a series of physiological and neurobiological responses:

  • increased oxygenation
  • a temporary decrease in carbon dioxide
  • activation of the autonomic nervous system.

These internal changes help to:

  • release accumulated physical and emotional tension,

  • release stagnant energy and restore its natural flow throughout the body

  • access a state of altered consciousness conducive to inner exploration, heightened creativity & better comprehension of ourselves

  • support emotional regulation and foster a sense of clarity and grounding.

Step 3. Integration and closure

The session ends with a 15-minute integration period to allow the body and mind to gently assimilate what has been experienced.
