About me

My name is Alizé – named after the winds blowing across the globe, and perhaps shaped by them a little too.

True to my name, I have lived and travelled across Africa and Europe, driven by curiosity and a free spirit. I love to feel alive, to laugh out loud, to love and to cry too. I love to let myself be touched by the world around me – I feel deeply and intensely.

A diligent student of life and everything each experience has to teach me, I am driven by an insatiable curiosity. I often dive deep into things – sometimes a little too deep. My friends affectionately tease me about my tendency to want to understand everything, to explain everything.

I am also one of the co-creators of Puss*Lab: a community space for connection & body-based exploration, co-founded with other women in Brussels in 2021.

With the aim of cultivating a more conscious relationship with ourselves and others, we organise workshops that explore movement, embodiment, body expression, and the many facets of human experience – through play, presence and connection.

On a journey...

For several years, I worked as a workshop facilitator and coach in the field of environmental education. Then the winds of change came and turned my life upside down.

In September 2024, I was hit hard by burnout. My nervous system made it clear that I could no longer continue functioning as I always had. My health deteriorated. I went from 100% to zero. This sudden halt became a real & raw initiation.

This period, as painful as it was, allowed me to get back to basics and what is essential.

I am slowly but surely emerging from this burnout with a precious harvest of life lessons: accepting discomfort and uncertainty, slowing down, cultivating a regular physical practice to honour my needs and limits, among other things.

In parallel, my training in Psycho-Somatic Therapy and Jagaana Breathwork® at Liloco centre was a lifesaver.

Breathwork is both a metaphor and a real medicine: it literally began to breathe new life into me.

Today, in addition to group workshops, I feel called to open up individual spaces.

I wish to fully serve and hold space for you, cultivating listening, care and acceptance of all that emerges in the space that we share.
